“The Three Principles:
Principle 1         Eat only substances God created for food, Avoid what is not designed for
food.

Principle 2:        As much as possible, eat foods as they were created—before they are
changed or converted into something humans think might be better.

Principle 3:        Avoid food addictions. Don’t let any food or drink become your god.”

(Note from me: Many people just assume that since something is sold in the stores as food, it is OK to eat
it. Not true. What time and culture have molded into food substances usually contradicts Biblical
principals, for health and nutrition.

In the Mosaic Law, God laid down principles for what was considered “clean” and “unclean” foods to eat.
Society today would do themselves a favor to look at these again and obey them. With the rising health
issues: high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease… just to name a few, Gods design for food substances
could and would be a tremendous help in eradicating them. Lets take a look at a few examples.

“Much of the wisdom in the Divine Design for meats was confirmed by a 1953 study in which Dr. David Macht
of John Hopkins University reported the toxic effects of animal flesh on a controlled growth culture. A
substance was classified as toxic if it slowed the culture’s growth rate below 75 percent. In each case, the blood
of all the animals Dr. Macht tested showed up more toxic than in the flesh.

The following table is based on Dr. Macht’s study. His results show that the lower the growth percentage of the
culture, the more toxic the flesh.
Note that the flesh of animals and fish given to us by God for food are all
nontoxic, but all forbidden animals lie in the toxic range
….

Any number above 75 percent is nontoxic, or CLEAN.

Note from me: Dr. Russell's book goes into much more detail and explanation on these concepts from the Bible.
The listings are more thorough also. What I have included here is a very small excerpt from just a couple of
pages.
I hope this evidence is as much an eye opener to you as it was to my family and me. There are no
guarantees in life, but as individuals, we must each do what we think is best for us. God knows best how to
take care of these "classics" he has created, we need only to give Him a chance!

What person would knowingly be feeding their family toxic foods? Lots of us.

Of course, there are many other wonderful teachers, doctors and books out there that can teach you how to live healthy through
Biblical standards. We do not claim to live by all the laws and doctrines of the Holy Scriptures, though our studies and prayers
have revealed to us that God truly IS The Same Yesterday, Today and Forever, and what He has recorded in the Old Testament as
doctrine and law is still as important to us today as it was the day that it was written down for all mankind to learn from. Science
is proving that daily.
